Amberley Village Stores and Post Office is in the heart of Amberley, serving the local community and the many walkers, cyclists and visitors to this beautiful area. So please pop in and I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised There has been a village shop in Amberley for many years and moved to its present location in The Barn in 1998.
Colin Woods has owned Amberley Village Stores since 2001. He has kept the traditional village shop atmosphere and introduced new lines such as
Amberley Village Stores' own label items including pickles, jams, marmalade,
biscuits and sweets – not only delicious but also they make great gifts. Colin and his staff run a friendly, welcoming shop with a sub Post Office, the sort of place that is the hub of village life. Local produce is a speciality, many items such as milk, cream, wine, fruit and vegetables are sourced from suppliers in nearby villages, helping the local economy and reducing ‘food miles'.
